Delivery Policy

Invite Designs will aim to dispatch within 24/48 hrs to the delivery address provided, after the order process has been completed and the proof has been confirmed for printing. Orders will not be posted until they have been agreed via email. Delivery Schedules may vary. Invite Designs can not held responsible for any delay in postage times from Royal Mail Services.

• 1st Class Ireland - 3-5 Business Days

Non-delivery

Please allow up to 7 days for delivery from Royal Mail. After this time please contact us for a re-print of your order. Invite Designs will only Re-print once for loss of goods. Any subsequent loses will be chargeable for re-print.

Cancellation / Return & Refund Policy

You may cancel your order at any time until you have confirmed via email that you agree for your goods to be printed/dispatched. Cancellation must be made within this period or within 14 days from order date.

Invite Designs does not accept any returns of personalised cards or inviations as these are bespoke.

Refunds will not be issued for personalised services as the goods are bespoke and cannot be sold to a third party. Refunds will only be issued on agreement by Invite Designs and customer due to fault from Invite Designs services.

Privacy Policy

Invite Designs will store your details such as name & address, and use solely for Invite Designs marketing purposes. Invite Designs will not sell on your details to any other third party without consent. Credit cards and other payment information will not be stored.
