We will post your order within 24hrs (mon-fri) upon receipt of your order, and same day for non-personalised items if ordered before 1pm! (Mon-Fri)

 

Almost all of our personalised gifts, invitations and cards are dispatched via Royal Mail 24*, and are normally delivered next day or within 2-3 working days, delivery times are estimated.
 

As we have such a large selection of personalised products, each item has an individual dispatch time, and they’re usually sent out as and when they’re ready.
 

Delivery Costs and Times

UK Standard:

You might know Royal Mail 24 as 1^st class post and with this service, Royal Mail aim to deliver your order the following working day. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee a delivery time or date and your gift may take up to three working days to arrive.

Once your order has left our warehouse, we have to wait 10 working days before we contact Royal Mail to resolve any problems.

RM Special Delivery (Next Day Delivery)

For those occasions when you’re in hurry and haven't got much time, and you might need your items in a rush, we'll send your order via RM Next Day Special Delivery. *
The Next day delivery option only applies from confirmation of your order before 1pm. Any orders received or confirmed after 1pm, will be dispatched the next working day for delivery the day after.
 

Our Next Day service is only available on selected items, as we need extra time to create some of our personalised products. We will advise you if we are unable to deliver such products.

This next day delivery service costs from £9.95 available between Monday and Friday.(excluding bank holidays)

Please be aware we are unable to provide a next day service to to Northern Ireland and addresses in the northern parts of Scotland. Please check with us first for timescales and pricing.
 

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Neither we, nor any delivery service that we use, shall be liable for any failure to perform Services where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control; these circumstances include but are not limited to adverse weather conditions (such as snow, flood and extreme winds), fire, explosion, accident, traffic congestion, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, terrorism, act of God, or industrial dispute or strike.
