Q: Are envelopes included with my invitations/cards?
A: Yes, we include FREE white self seal envelopes.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: The order process can vary depending on the delivery option you select. All orders are dispatched within 24hrs from your confirmation of the proof, so orders can be delayed if we do not get a confirmation reply from you. Please make sure you allow plenty of time before the party date.
Q: What size are the invitation cards?
A: We print onto 6x4 (10cm x 15cm) 240gsm glossy photographic card stock. - Postcard style.
Q: Will I receive a proof before you print?
A: Yes a proof will be emailed to you within 24hrs(mon-fri) for your approval. Some products do not have proof's sent to you such as Badges and chocolates - please check on each product page for confirmation.
Q: Can I see a proof before I pay?
A: Yes we will certainly do this for you. Just email us with your requirements and a proof will be emailed to you before you commit to making any payment.
Q: What does the GSM thickness of the card mean?
A: The GSM is the grade of thickness of the card that you will receive. As a guide, Birthday greetings cards are approx 350gsm thickness, and writing paper is 90gsm, so our thickness is between these.
We use 240gsm glossy photographic stock. If you are in any doubt, please ask us to post a sample to you before purchase.
How to order Personalised Invitations
There are many different personalised invitations to choose from The Personalised Paty Company, classic designs, funky designs, grunge designs and much more, but if there is not a design you see that you like, just contact us and we will design one to your requirements at no extra cost.
For Personalised Invitations & Thank you Cards:
- STEP 1 – Choose a card design.
Choose a design that you like for your chosen occasion. We have made this easier for you by splitting each category, although you can choose a design from another category for another even as we can change all the text etc to suit your rquirements.
- STEP 2 - To personalise your design.
Full instructions are provided with each design to guide you through th process. A text box will be provided below each design for you to write your personalisd text. Please ensure you only use CAPs where required and ensure all spelling is correct. You can use the design template to help you with an example of text required.
If you have chosen a PHOTO design, you will be provided with a photo upload link for your photo(s) , or you can email this to us directly with your order number.
- STEP 3 – Select quantity required.
Most designs are sold in packs of 10. So if you require 30 invitations/cards, enter a quantity of 3 into the QTY box. If you require an amount other than the amount listed, please call us and we can arrange this for you.
- STEP 4 - Complete checkout.
Once you have completed all the above steps, proceed to checkout and enter all the required information. Payment can be made via Paypal, Visa Cards, Debit Cards, and you can also call us if you prefer to pay over the phone.
- STEP 5 – Proof of design.
Upon receipt of your order, we will design the card for you and send you a proof via your email address provided at checkout.
Proofs are provided to you within 24hrs of purchase (monday to friday). Please check your emails regulary as sometimes the proof's can end up in your spam/junk folder. If you do not receive a proof within 24hrs, please contact us otherwise we will presume you have received this and will await your further instructions.
You are entitled to unlimited revisions to your design until you are completely happy with it, and we do not print your order until you confirm this to us.
- STEP 6 – Print & dispatch.
Upon your proof confirmation to proceed, we will issue your order to print. Most orders confirmed before 2pm are dispatched same day, otherwise orders are generally dispatched within 24hrs after confirmation. We offer various dispatch options from standard 1st Class via Royal Mail to Next Day delivery via Courier.
Personalised Wine / Champagne Labels
How to fix onto your bottle.
Our personalised wine/champagne labels are a perfect novelty gift item for all occassions. In order to use your label correctly, please read our guide below on how to fix correctly onto your chosen bottle.
1. Ensure you order the correct label size for a wine or champagne bottle.
2. Upon receipt of your label you will need to soak the existing label off from your bottle.
3. Soak your bottle in luke warm water for approx 10 minutes.
4. Peel off the label from the bottle until the bottle is smooth. You may need to use an abrasive spong with some bottle labels.
5. Dry your bottle completely. It should be smooth and dry.
6. Gently peel off the back of your personalised label and carefully affix to your bottle.
7. Press firmly to ensure the sticker seals to the bottle and you're ready to go!
