Please contact us and we’ll see how we can help. Sometimes we are able to solve the problem over the phone, whilst on other occasions we might ask you to send us a photo of the item.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns of personalised gifts unless the products are faulty. Please contact us via email or telephone (mon-fri) and we will try to solve the problem.

If we agree a product should be returned, please contact us to arrange this, or via email.

Order Arrived Damaged?

We know how important it is for your gift to be in perfect condition and we’ll do our best to try and solve the problem.

As we’re an online shop and don’t have a store you can go to, the quickest and easiest way for us to help with a broken/damaged gift is to see a photograph of it. Please email us on orders@invitedesigns.com with a photo of the damaged gift so we can replace this for you at the soonest time.

Spelling Mistakes

We know how important it is for the personalisation to be spelt correctly and we’ll do our best to spot any obvious mistakes, so we will correct this for you when possible however this is not gauranteed. Generally we copy & paste all text received onto our templates.

Please remember, our personalised gifts are tailor-made for you, so our machines will print exactly the text you enter. We, therefore, advise you to double check any names and messages for potential spelling mistakes. We are not liable for spelling errors created by auto text from mobiles and ipads etc.

If your order does arrive with a spelling mistake, we will only correct this if the fault is our own.

Order Cancellations

In some cases your order has already been sent to production in which case your order cannot be cancelled due to the personalisation.
